Rafique's younger son, Co-owner and Manager Kawsar Alom, known as Koish to most manages the front of house, responsible for ensuring your experience at Rafik’s is the best it can be!
Alongside Koish, Rafique’s only daughter Manwara Begum better know as Manny will be working as part of the front of house team to ensure your experience at Rafiks is unique and enjoyable.

Co-owner and Head Chef Shaha Alom, Rafique's oldest son leads the team in the kitchen and is the mastermind behind the bespoke and exotic dishes on this menu.
Shaha is supported by his tandoori chef, Kalam, and his cook Mayez.
